3. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your booking.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate participation if a customer's behavior is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive to other participants or staff.

We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
