At Discover the Algarve history on our Tours..., we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Terms

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled activity without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at [email protected]; [email protected] with your booking reference number. We will process your cancellation request and confirm via email.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from operating safely, we reserve the right to cancel activities and provide full refunds or alternative dates.
